turnline

Roofing · In discovery

Qualify the opportunity without promising an inspection, repair, or insurance outcome.

Turnline is being built to help roofers handle storm-driven and everyday call volume: collect the property and issue, apply exact coverage and service rules, and route qualified inspection requests without making claims about damage, insurance, or timing.

An everyday call Roofing
“We’d like someone to look at our roof before we decide what work it needs.”
Details to collect
Property address, reason for the inspection, access notes, callback number.
Proposed next step
Request an inspection within the approved service area. Leave the assessment and estimate to the roofer.

Illustrative workflow. Questions and actions need business approval before live use.

The work behind the call

Storm demand makes disciplined qualification more valuable—not less.

Roofing calls can involve active leaks, storm damage, replacement research, commercial properties, insurance questions, and geographic demand spikes.

Turnline should create clean opportunities while keeping inspections, damage findings, pricing, insurance interpretation, and crew commitments with authorized people.

Your rules come first

The details a useful receptionist must get right.

These are starting points for discovery. Your team approves the questions, actions, and exceptions before live use.

Property and coverage

Capture property type and verify the location against exact inspection territory.

Request category

Separate active leaks, storm assessments, repairs, replacements, and unsupported work.

Weather-volume routing

Apply the approved callback and escalation policy when demand exceeds current capacity.

Claim boundaries

Never promise inspection findings, insurance coverage, repair timing, or crew availability.

What we would measure

A useful call has a clear next step.

Before a pilot begins, we would agree on a baseline and what a successful outcome looks like for your team.

  • Qualified inspection requestProperty, location, issue, urgency, and contact details are complete.
  • Territory-safe opportunityOnly configured areas advance without office review.
  • Honest expectationThe caller receives an approved next step without an unsupported storm-response promise.
  • Recovered projectCaptured demand can be connected to inspections, proposals, and accepted work.

A few things to know

Questions about this workflow

Will Turnline determine whether a roof has storm damage?

No. It records the caller’s description and requests an approved inspection. Damage findings belong to qualified inspectors.

Can it answer insurance questions?

Only with narrowly approved business language. It should not interpret coverage, predict claim approval, or represent an insurer.

How does it handle storm call spikes?

The roofer defines coverage, intake, prioritization, and callback rules. Turnline applies those rules consistently and makes the resulting workload visible.
