What these terms cover

These terms apply to the public Turnline website, early-access list, research activities, and any private product preview we invite you to use. Turnline is still in development. A separate written pilot or paid-services agreement may add or replace terms before live customer use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. Keep any invited Preview account and recovery link private, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Preview safety boundary

Private Preview tools are for evaluation with synthetic data unless we expressly approve a controlled pilot in writing. Do not submit real caller recordings, transcripts, payment information, medical information, government identifiers, credentials, or other sensitive customer data. The Preview is not an emergency service and must not be used to place calls, confirm appointments, or make commitments to customers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, probe tenant boundaries without written authorization, introduce malware, violate another person's rights, or use Turnline for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory activity.

Early-access communications

If you request a pilot review, you ask us to contact you about pilot fit and send relevant product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. A request does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature, price, or service availability.

Ownership and feedback

Turnline and its software, designs, and content remain owned by their respective rights holders. You keep ownership of information you provide. If you voluntarily give product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Turnline without an obligation to compensate you.

Availability and changes

The website and Preview are provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or end. We may restrict access to protect users, data, providers, or the service. We do not promise that a pre-release workflow is complete, error-free, or suitable for live business operations.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Turnline is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this free pre-release site or Preview. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, termination, and contact

Our privacy notice explains current data practices. You may stop using the site or request removal from the early-access list at any time. We may suspend Preview access for safety, security, legal, or misuse concerns. Questions can be sent to support@queststudio.io.
